Program:
You'll learn the skills and techniques essential to riding powder in the backcountry, including reading the mountainous terrain to make informed decisions, understanding essential equipment and safety, and experiencing the unparalleled joy of riding powder in the stunning French Alps. In the evenings, you'll benefit from sessions with sports psychologist Louise Jones, who will delve into thought processes and overcoming fear. These sessions provide vital support and skills to help you progress your riding. After a long day on the mountain, it’s essential to unwind and take care of your body. That’s why restorative yoga is a key element of our course. These yoga sessions will help you restore and re-energize, ensuring you make the most of riding all day, every day, for the entire week.
